Three-storey maisonette 110 sq. m. located within 5 minute walk from the sandy beach and beautiful promenade with many seafood restaurants and bars. The house is perfectly decorated and equipped for family holiday, and can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor is the living room with comfortable seating area, sofas (sleeps 2) TV and direct access to the veranda, fully equipped kitchen and dinning area, toilet.
Second floor has two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Master bedroom features queen size bed, beautiful terrace with seating area, wide wardrobe, drawers and TV, the second room has queen size bed, wardrobes and TV.
Third floor: open plan bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2) desk with desk chair, and wardrobes.

Located 300 meters from Nikiti Beach and 2.5 km from Castri Beach, the Villa offers a very good opportunity for a summer vacation at the seaside combined with mountain climate and can accommodate up to 8 people. The modern and comfortable complex comprises of several three-storey holiday homes and provide guests with convenient accommodation and all amenities for small children. The ground floor offers a cozy and modern living and dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, WC and direct access to a beautiful garden with BBQ, where you can enjoy your meals while relaxing at home. The second floor features two bedrooms, one with king size bed and spacious balcony with comfortable seating area, second bedroom features queen size bed, TV and wardrobes. On the floor there is bathroom with WC, Shower and Washing Machine. Open plan third floor bedroom with two beds TV, wardrobes and desk. Free Wi Fi and Satellite channels available in the villa.
