Petrino 1880 is made of stone and was built in 1960. It was from the beginning the main residence of the family and was renovated by the owners to a beautiful stylish vintage apartment in 2019. It has a private garden with Mediterranean flowers and plants, barbeque and kiosk with diner table. Entering the house you see the kitchen and the living room which is connected to a balcony with diner table and garden view. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with double bed and single bed inside. The two bathrooms, both with toilet, sink and shower comletes the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and tableware.

Petrino 1880 is the perfect accommodation for families and groups of friends or couples who want to share a big house and spend their holidays together. Petrino 1880 is near the centre of the village of Agios Nikolaos and the nearest beach is 1,5 km away. There is also a health care centre, super markets, restaurants and cafes.

Hervorragend

Es war ein toller Urlaub, in einem stilvoll, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten schönem Haus mit einem sehr gemütlichen Hof. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral im Dorf, es ist aber sehr ruhig. Vielen Dank an Sophia und Georg, ich hoffe, wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder!

Sehr hilfsbereite nette Vermieter, die sehr gut deutsch sprechen Schönes Haus und bes. schöner kleiner Garten mit Freisitz für den ungestörter Aufenthalt. Tavernen am Dorfplatz und kleine Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Traditionelle Ferienwohnung in hübschem Ort

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen voll und ganz anschließen. In diesem schönen Ort gibt es übrigens im Sommer jeden Freitag Abend auf dem Hauptplatz ein Konzert mit griechischer Musik und Tanz, was auch unseren Kindern Spaß gemacht hat.

Gemütliches Haus mitten im Dorf

Das Haus ist sehr zentral im Dorf, zwei Minuten zum Dorfplatz, Einkauf gleich um die Ecke und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Schön und zweckmässig eingerichtete Räume, sehr sauber.. In der Küche alles, was es braucht, mitteleuropäischer Standard. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sophia ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns gut verständigen, da sie sehr gut deutsch spricht. Alles war bestens, gerne wieder.

Hier lässt sich Griechenland erleben

Wir hatten zwei Wochen in dem liebevoll eingerichteten und sauberen Haus verbringen dürfen. Hierfür möchte ich mich bei Sophia, welche uns mehrfach freundlich und auf Deutsch Auskunft gegeben hatte bedanken. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es einen kleinen aber schönen Garten, welcher für uns der hauptsächliche Aufenthaltsort war. Der Grill darf natürlich verwendet werden. Die Ortschaft ist unglaublich entspannt und bietet beste Möglichkeiten um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und griechische Lebensart zu schnuppern. Nur wenige Fußmeter ist der Ortskern entfernt, man hat aber keinerlei Lärm mit Bäcker, Supermarkt oder den Tavernen mit verhältnismäßig wenig touristischem Ambiente. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der Fischhändler, welcher vormittags seinen frischen Fang aus dem Auto verkauft. Für meine Familie und mich war dieser Ort genau das Richtige. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und aus meiner Sicht erlebt man dort Griechenland und nicht einen gleichwirkenden Touristenort in einem beliebigen Land am Mittelmeer. Apropos ... wir waren täglich am Meer. Von einsamen Buchten bis hin zu Stränden mit Beachbar und Service an der Strandliege gibt es so ziemlich alles. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Viel Spaß und schönen Urlaub

Agios Nikolaos is a village of approximately 2,500 permanent residents located 1.5 km from the nearest beach. It has a health care centre, police station, super markets, restaurants and cafes. There are also beach bars and late night bars along the coast. Swimming, fishing, water sports and walking routes - through the Mediterranean landscape where the green of the olive trees and the pine trees meets the deep blue of the sky and the sea - are some of the activities one can enjoy!
