Many Cotswold villages are within easy reach including picture-postcard Bourton-on-the-Water with its model village, Birdland Park and Gardens, motor museum, the pretty villages of Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold and Stratford-upon-Avon with its connections to William Shakespeare.
