Boulder Modern Gem, Near Trails, Restaurants, Univ. of Colorado

Modern home in established neighborhood of beautiful Boulder, Colorado. Designed by Dwell featured architect, the house was constructed with green materials and techniques, including solar electric power and radiant floor heat.

Although this space is a connected to the main house, it has an exterior entrance with views of the mountains and double insulation between the rooms, for extra peace and quiet.

The space is available for short term stays less than 30 days. When requesting your booking could you please let us know a little about yourself and your visit to Boulder. This helps us to ensure the safety and comfort of all.

The space is best for one or two people, but can accommodate three (especially if the 3rd person is a child). The space is 450 square feet, with an open floor plan, very spacious with nine foot vaulted ceilings, tons of light, wet bar, and a plenty of space for storage.

1 QUEEN BED + SINGLE BED SOFA SLEEPER
The Danish made bed (brand name Innovation) has a memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort. A loveseat sofa/sleeper pulls out to an additional single bed.

FULL BATHROOM
Full bath includes adjustable/detachable shower head, bathtub, fan, and heated concrete floors.

NEARBY
Just a few blocks away from trail heads, one can spend the whole day hiking. Located along bike paths with access to all of Boulder. Great mountain biking and road biking close-by. Perfect for those visiting University of Colorado, NCAR, NIST, and NOAA. Local skiing 45 minutes away, world class skiing a couple of hours away. IDEAL LOCATION.

Very cute apartment that was perfect for our stay. Super well appointed with the perfect little kitchenette to enjoy breakfast and coffee and any small simple meal. Priced very competitively compared to other places in the area. Poppi the puppy was very cute. Would totally recommend this place to others and would consider staying again.

Beautiful View of Mountains

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We were in town for a short visit and this property was perfect. Very well stocked and in a great location with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay!

Very nice studio with a compact but well thought out kitchen with lots of amenities. My husband and I were quite comfortable with the space and uniqueness. The neighborhood was pretty - lots of well kept houses. And very close to a bus stop for a quick ride to Pearl St.

Convenient, cozy, and clean

Loved the location near Pearl Street and near to our son who we came to visit. Owners were very friendly and responsive. Place was very bright, clean and quiet, and the futon bed was very, very firm (A little too firm for my partner but it worked okay for me).

Cozy and Ultra Clean

The Lab was just as advertised and perfect for a couple. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. There was total privacy but we felt comfortable reaching out to the hosts with questions. I definitely recommend.

Perfect Stay

We loved this place. Perfect for my husband and I. Even though it’s considered a studio, the layout feels spacious. Plenty of storage, nice workspace, and the kitchenette includes everything you would use or need in a larger space. Close to the bus route, campus, and in a neighborhood setting. We will definitely rent there again.

Great place with great hosts

My husband and I spent a week at Jen and Derek’s place in south Boulder while we visited our son who lives with his roommate a few blocks away. We enjoyed everything about the place…clean, spacious and charming. We got to meet Jen, who was very friendly and accommodating. The kitchenette which included a small hotel size refrigerator was not a problem for us as we only needed to make tea and coffee. We hope to stay here again when we come to Boulder in the future.

Boulder Visit

Wonderful little place - perfect for two. Easy access to everything in and around Boulder, including Pearl St., the CU Boulder campus, and tons of hiking trails of all levels. The drive to Denver for a Rockies night game was very easy from here. The bed was softer than I prefer, but everything else was excellent!

Clean, Green, Near Everything + Quiet

Lovely stay at environmentally “green” Lab House in quiet neighborhood with views of Flatirons out the window near everything, only 6 mins from Chautauqua (drive) / 40 min (hike). Well appointed with everything I needed efficient use space = Zen meets Scandinavian design. High quality natural bathing products and chocolate treats to greet me upon arrival. Lovely stay!

Perfect get away
