There are three bedrooms in the property sleeping six guests, including a king-size, a double and a twin, each with their own en-suite shower room and TV with Freeview. The cottage is also home to a cloakroom/utility, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining seating, a dining room, sitting room with electric fire and a snug. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a front lawn and rear patio both with furniture. The Malins is the perfect choice for an escape with friends or family to the Cotswolds. Note: The owner lives on-site.

Great property

Nicely furnished, beautifully landscaped, with coveted designated parking in a great location. Three in-suite bedrooms plus two other bathrooms. Would stay there again.

Very useful for visiting local areas. Bouton on the Water, splendid Location not great for dog walks unless you like very long walks. The house was very clean & everything you need to dine in.

This property is lovely and very spacious, completely dog friendly and for us was located well. It is very spacious and each bedroom has it own bathroom. Would recommend highly.
