Felt very homely, only used one of the two stoves, but that was perfect.

Definitely a quirky cottage with some sloping floors, mixed crockery and cutlery and some old pans.

Definitely a quirky cottage with some sloping floors, mixed crockery and cutlery and some old pans.BUTAlso warm and homely with everything needed for a lovely stay. The bed was comfortable (and maybe almost new), the shower was hot and powerful, the wifi was good, the fire was great (although the house was warm enough without it) and the location was excellent. If you prefer a charming but quirky cottage to a boring cookie cutter apartment you won't be sorry
