However, we're sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We will review the property listing to ensure all information is accurate regarding the bed size. We're also sorry that the welcome pack and coffee pods were not provided as expected. We were disappointed to hear about the condition of the communal areas; the unwashed dishes are left by other guests who may not have washed their dishes themselves,s o sometimes they can accumulate before any of the housekeeping team sees them. We are sorry to hear that you felt that the french doors where a struggle to operate having the ability to flow inside and out in the property is definitely an asset to it so we are sorry that you struggled to do so during your stay. In regards to the parking available on the driveway, we are sorry you felt mislead by the description and we will look into updating the description to be more specific in regards to the size of the vehicles that can fit in the spaces.
