Beautiful country house with a lovely stone facade and a big garden.

Located just 1.5km from the village of Sineu.

I highlight its well-kept garden and the comfortable exterior with panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains.

The main house has a capacity for 6 guests, on the ground floor

it has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are

one more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Large living room with air conditioning, a full equipped and furnished kitchen, both rooms with direct access to the porch.

Sineu stands out for its famous Wednesday market with great agricultural content, currently a tourist focus. Very good restaurants to taste one of the most typical dishes of Mallorca, the "Majorcan frit".

Delightful quiet and very spacious villa

Delightful quiet and very spacious villa with immaculate swimming pool and lovely garden. Very good (essential in July) air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Great barbecue area and also enjoyed using the ping pong table.

We had an amazing stay ,the villa is perfect for a family holiday . Refreshing pool,peaceful private surroundings.Easy to get into Sineu and surrounding beaches . The owners very friendly,loved the gifts of fresh eggs and our welcome fruit bowl and savoury tart very thoughtful.

Fantastic house and location

Fantastic house and location and very lovely owners. Everything was according to the photos and description as published and we had no complaints. The beds were great! Location is optimal if you want to visit all corners of the Island. We will definitely book again, if we return to Majorca.

Very helpful and accommodating.

Very helpful and accommodating. Villa had everything we needed for a family holiday. Just be mindful of steps and low walls and no gated pool if you have a toddler but the family were so great at ensuring the villa was set up for us with a cot and good mattress. Great stay in a lovely central location. Thanks!

The finca was fantastic.

The finca was fantastic. Very private, spacious, gorgeous view, barbecue station, ping pong table, etc.. Each bedroom has air conditioning and we missed nothing else. The very sympathetic hostess brought us a few times fresh fruit in addition to a hostess gift. The cozy and authentic village of Sineu is within walking distance. There you can also go out to eat well. An all around perfect accommodation

What a stunning Finca

What a stunning Finca. The grounds are beautiful and you are surrounded by olive and carob trees. The pool is fantastic, salt water and perfect temperature and the outdoor areas are really a true bonus of space allowing you to have every meal outdoors. The house itself is lovely, spacious and to be honest, the photos don’t do the house justice. We LOVED staying here and can highly recommend it to anyone who wants a very quiet, private escape from the madness of real life. The owners were very kind and generous everything was as just ideal for our family

Stunning property

What an awesome house and grounds. We loved every minute of our stay. We met the family at the property who let us drop our bags early. When we checked in we where greeted with a homemade Pizza, wine, cut meats and cheese! I can honestly say this has been the best well stocked house. We wanted for nothing. The pool and the BBQ area was amazing too along with the aircon! We would happily return.Thanks so much.x

Finca Es Cocons is the most beautiful traditional Majorcan house in a great location. The local village of Sineu had everything you need from great coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. We loved this traditional family Majorcan town but also felt very at home. The Finca was absolutely spotless and very private but not isolated. The outside area is perfection!! We also loved the fact everywhere was within a 30 minute drive so we were able to see so much of the island! It was lovely to meet the Gabrial and his parents before we left so we could thank them for the fruit basket, wine, Majorcan pastries and a surprise delivery of fresh eggs one morning! We could easily have stayed forever!! 5 🌟 Hopefully we’ll be back very soon! I also want to thank the girls at Villasmar for looking after our booking! Such a professional and helpful team!

Perfect in everyway! would love to visit again.

Excellent location. Villa and pool were amazing. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They provided some food and wine for the evening of our arrival. This was very welcome after a flight delay. Villa is equipped with everything you could need, and more!! Fresh eggs from the chickens were also very welcome. Thankyou Raphael. The pool was super clean and became a big part of our holiday. The children loved it! After a flight delay we arrived in the dark rather than daylight. The property was also in darkness and we had a little difficulty in navigating our way around and finding the entrance&#47door to the actual villa. Not the owners fault as they thought we would be arriving in daylight, but maybe one light left on at the top of the drive for late arrivals would be helpful. We managed by using our phone lights.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Sineu sehr genossen und empfehlen die wunderschöne Finca gerne weiter! Was uns sehr gefallen hat - toller Pool - super Terrasse auf der wir auch Ende Oktober noch alle Mahlzeiten genießen konnten - super Lage um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen Mallorcas zu machen - wunderschöne Aussicht ins Tal - gute Restaurants in der Umgebung - die Tischtennisplatte fanden die Kids super - die Eigentümer standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung - ganz leckeres Willkommenspaket und frische Eier während unseres Aufenthalts Was man wissen sollte - die nahe gelegene Straße hört man - es gibt im Haus keine Grundausstattung wie Pfeffer, Salz, Essig, Öl

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben 8 Tage in dieser genialen Finka verbringen dürfen und hatten auch aufgrund von 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern immer genug Platz und Privatsphäre! Die Unterkunft ist in hervorragendem Zustand und blitzsauber! Geschirr ist vorhanden, ansonsten jedoch keine "Basics" wie Salz, Pfeffer,... Sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten (z.B. Pool samt Liegen, Grillplatz, Tischtennis) wirken sehr hochwertig und modern! Für Kinder sind diverse Spielsachen für das Pool vorhanden (Wasserbälle, Luftmatratzen,...) - Ich denke das Portfolio wächst mit jeder Familie, die dort ihren Urlaub verbracht hat -) Die Lage ist genial: Mit dem Auto ist jede Küste Mallorcas in maximal 45 Minuten erreichbar. Der sehr nette Ort Sineu ist bequem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet eine ausreichende Anzahl schöner Restaurants und Cafe´s. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und die Zeit ist vieeeel zu schnell verflogen :-( Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein echter Geheimtipp - Pure Entspannung!

So idyllisch, der Pool und das Grundstück sind ein Traum. Überall gibt es neue Ecken mit Pflanzen zu entdecken, alles ist liebevoll gepflegt. Wir waren den ganzen Tag nur draußen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Betreuung durch die Inhaber und die Agentur waren außergewöhnlich gut.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison parfaitement entretenue. La villa est confortable, bien équipée et idéalement située dans un environnement calme et ressourçant. Les petites attentions des propriétaires ont été particulièrement appréciées. Si je devais émettre une suggestion d’amélioration, ce serait concernant le confort des lits dans la chambre avec les deux lits séparés, qui mériteraient une meilleure literie. Mis à part cela, tout était vraiment très bien. Merci pour l’accueil !
