Beautiful country house with a lovely stone facade and a big garden.Located just 1.5km from the village of Sineu.I highlight its well-kept garden and the comfortable exterior with panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains.The main house has a capacity for 6 guests, on the ground floorit has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there areone more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.Large living room with air conditioning, a full equipped and furnished kitchen, both rooms with direct access to the porch.9 x 4 pool with sun loungers and sofas surrounded by grass.Sineu stands out for its famous Wednesday market with great agricultural content, currently a tourist focus. Very good restaurants to taste one of the most typical dishes of Mallorca, the "Majorcan frit".- - SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT IS DELIVERED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL: € 300.- - THE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION SHALL BE PAID SEPARATELY AT € 0.30 / KWH.- - THE ECOTASA (LOCAL TAX PAID BY THE TOURIST) SHALL BE PAID ON ARRIVAL AT THE HOUSE.
