Comfortable bungalow located in front of Playa Bastian and the promenade of Costa Teguise. The residential complex has 4 communal swimming pools, two of them heated during the winter season. Next to them there is a Bar-Restaurant. This accommodation is strategically located, so you will have all the services you need during your stay (shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, beach, parks, etc.) just outside the door.



It is a lovely place to relax. Fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.



The bungalow consists of 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom (shower) and a living room with a kitchenette, a dining table and a large sofa bed. It also has a terrace with sun loungers for your enjoyment.

Perfect location on the Playa Bastian complex. We found it was quiet, though near to one of the pools. You could see the sea from the terrace which was 130 steps to the beach. The apartment had a fan provided but we found it to be pleasantly cool even in high temps outside.It was a 10 minute walk along the promenade to the Pueblo Marinero, where there was lots of shops/ bars and restaurants or a 5 minute walk the other way to local amenities.Excellent communication with the host. Replied to messages very promptly.
