The area is perfect for dog walking, and local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets are all within easy reach. Nearby towns and attractions are also easily accessible for day trips.

Lovely stay

A great stay with lovely hosts. It was a pleasure to stay there. We had a child with us who was upset with our previous holiday being away from home. On this holiday he was disappointed to leave.

Hectors holiday in St Annes

We enjoyed our stay at the coach house . Our Labrador Hector loves the beach, making this an idea location. Helen and Alex are great hosts and very dog friendly. There are plenty of dog friendly place around Lytham and St Anne’s make this perfect for dog lovers .

The cottage was an incredible little bolt hole. We were made very welcome. Beautiful, well equipped and spotless. Our dogs were also made very welcome and secure in the outdoor space .

Welcoming Hosts

Helen and Alex, our hosts, kept in touch throughout and responded to any requests. The Coach House is both tastefully designed, very dog friendly and well positioned for access to the centre of both St Anne's and Lytham. Overall we had an enjoyable time.

Gorgeous Cosy House

From the moment we got confirmation of the booking the host contacted us. Gave clear instructions and was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome before we got there and whilst there. Property was clean modern and just perfect. Location very good for the beach and town both about 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be going again,

Beautiful relaxing accommodation

This is a very cosy place to stay. Everything I needed was supplied and a nice surprise was the lovely little welcome pack - not expected but most welcome. I had a little problem with a leaky sink but the owners had a workaround for this. It literally was just a few minutes from the beach and I drove to Lytham and the centre of St Anne’s very quickly. My little dog is quite timid but this was secluded enough for him to settle in immediately! I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of a little stay away in in this locality.
