*Fully furnished, very comfortable 5 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath Townhome located 1/2 Block from beautiful South End Brigantine beach.
* Three story town home has two balconies, Central AC, 2 Fireplaces, outside shower and an elevator!
* Parking for 2 vehicles including a single car attached garage.
* First Floor - 2 Bedrooms -Queen sized beds in each. 1 Full bath (fully renovated in 2024) and washer dryer.

* Second Floor - Open concept living area with living room with large balcony, Kitchen and Dining area , Kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and granite counters including island, large dining area with seating for 8. Bluetooth stereo available

* Third Floor Master Bedroom with King bed and full bath and separate balcony, 2 additional bedrooms 1 with Queen bed and 1 with twin / full sized bunk beds, full bath and washer dryer.

Also included: gas grill, 10 Beach chairs, beach umbrella, 10 beach tags, and fishing poles. Available by the week (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day weekend. Weekly Rate is $5,900 Per week excluding Taxes and VRBO fees.

Linens pillows and towels are included in the rental rate.

Seven night minimum booking. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS/ NO SMOKING
SORRY NO Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. We take great care in assuring that the home is clean and in exquisite condition. The townhouse is also located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood.

Upon Check out. All trash must be removed from the property and taken to the Brigantinek Recycle Center on 38th Street. No trash is to be left in any of the interior or exterior trash receptacles. Failure to comply will result in a $250 fee charged to your deposit.

Best house in Brigantine!

We are 15-yr veterans of BB and this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. Top to tails was classy, functional, clean, and we'll thought out. If you are thinking of a stay, you can't do better than this home.

Wonderful Brigantine Family Rental

Impressed with cleanliness and all the supplies that were there for our convenience. Had plenty of beach chairs, towels, a wagon, umbrellas & bikes! Very helpful for family with children. Outside shower was great as was the elevator for loading and unloading the car. Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough great things about this rental!

This house was fully stocked and very clean! A basket of snacks and bottle of wine was waiting for us upon check-in which was such a nice surprise after a long day of travel. Having 2 washers and dryers was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

a lovely week at the shore

We really enjoyed all of the amenities of this home-fully stocked kitchen, linen package, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas etc! A very short walk to the dunes, although the beach is wider in this end than the north end-where we are used to. We had a terrific week in a very clean well appointed home, with a very helpful host! Will come again soon!

Spectacular experience!

Phil and Marla’s place is exquisite—in perfect condition, well-stocked to meet every need, close to the beach, and very comfortable for our multi-generational family. Phil was a pro-active host and his communication with us was superior. We hope to be back same time next year.

Great property and location

Our experience at this Brigantine house was great. The house was big enough for our 3 families that included all the kids. The house was just as the pictures showed on the listing, and very clean. The large quantity of beach chairs, beach carts and beach wagon made getting to and from beach a whole lot easier (less than a block), and the outdoor shower & hose made it easier to keep the sand out of the house. The owner was very responsive and quick to respond to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend.

Spacious, Modern, Comfortable and Well-Equipped!!

We really enjoyed our week at this location. Lovely and clean home with nice furnishings and well maintained. Owners have everything you would want for a relaxing week--both indoor and outdoor--including beach chairs, umbrella and cart. Nice people, too. Very pleased and we hope to return next summer!

Fantastic Duplex

My extended family spent a week at Seagull's Landing and found everything to be pristine, clean, and top notch. The home is nicely decorated and modern, with the kitchen well equipped. The owners left us a nice note upon arrival, welcoming us into their home. The beach is just a few steps away, with a guard stand at the beach access point. Mini golf is a few streets over and a fantastic deli is a few streets in the other direction, all within walking distance. Our stay could not have been better.

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location

The house was perfectly designed and beautifully decorated and extremely well maintained. It is in a great location, convenient to the beach, food, Atlantic City, etc. The owners were excellent to deal with and answered all of our questions. The house had everything we needed. And exceeded our expectations. We would love to go back again soon!
