Au cœur du vignoble d'oc!!

Séjour très agréable, dans un gîte confortable, totalement conforme aux précédents descriptifs. Au calme, géographiquement très bien situé, à proximité de l'étang de Thau, sans les nuisances ,liées aux fortes affluences, à proximité de Pezenas au centre historique préservé. Gîte à recommander!!

Sehr schön und Sauber

Das kleine Häuschen, verbaut in mitten der Altstadt von Montagnac ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist groß und Sauber, man kann draußen grillen, die Terrasse geht um 2 Seiten des Hauses. Man hat auch eine große Garage die direkt an die Wohnung angeschlossen ist. In der Wohnung ist alles zu finden was man braucht, es war sehr schön dort zu wohnen.

Logement bien placé dans le village de Montagnac offrant une départ pour les visites dans la région et l'accès aux plages de Marseillan (avec un 20min de route). Le logement est spacieux, la clim un vrai plus pour l'été et le petit jardin privatif agréable pour les repas sur place. Merci pour l'accueil.

Agréable sejour a Montagnac

L'arrivée est très simple, la proprietaire est sur place. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut pour un agréable séjour. Le déco est cosy on s'y sent comme chez soi. La maison est au calme avec un petit jardin qui permet de dejeuner au soleil. Le plus c'est le garage!!! Nous reviendrons. Je vous la recommande.

Un excellent séjour. Le gîte est rénové avec goût et très pratique avec une belle terrasse ombre et soleil, idéal avec notre petit chien. L'accueil des propriétaires est un plus ! Excellent séjour à Montagnac

Nous avons été très bien reçu. La maison est en excellent état. Le séjour est très spacieux. Le jardin agréable et sans vis à vis. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir rentrer notre voiture dans ce grand garage avec la porte motorisée, très pratique ! Nous recommandons ce logement qui est situé au milieu de tous les centres d'intérêt touristique. Nous remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

This is a very well equipped apartment. It has a comfortably furnished, spacious, open plan kitchen/sitting room. The ‘kitchen’ has a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer along one wall. There is an air-conditioning unit above the TV/Media equipment. There are two separate ways from this room onto the L-shaped terrace that overlooks the storm channel that runs through Montagnac. There is a barbecue and plenty of chairs and loungers on the terrace. The washing machine is in the garage. The garage roller gate and the outside gates open and close by remote control. The apartment is in the older part of Montagnac. The streets are narrow and very peaceful. It only takes ten minutes to reach the square on foot. The main square has a Tourist Information office, adjacent to the SPAR shop. This is where we shopped rather than travelling to the supermarkets in Pezanas. The square has two cafes that serve lunch most days. The menus have a reasonable range of main courses. There is also a Pizza/kebab takeaway and a Boulangerie on the square. To eat out in the evening, try the BK Restaurant, located at the top of the square on the main road. The food and service are excellent. In closing, If you want a quiet holiday, this apartment would be an excellent choice. We enjoyed ourselves there.

sehr angenehmer Spätsommerurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet - das Ehebett mit 1,40 m? für unsere Körpergrössen etwas schmal. Sofern man mit dem Auto anreist, hat man viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und natürlich auch Bademöglichkeiten. Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Ein schöner Garten war auch dabei, mit Tisch + Stühlen + Liegen + Sonnenschirm und Grill. Wir sagen nochmals merci!!! Das Örtchen hat einen schönen Wochenmarkt, 2 Bäcker und eine Weinkooperative gibt es ebenfalls. Vielen Dank auch nochmals für das Willkommensgeschenk! Familie Bietz aus Franken

mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig

Wir haben Ende August mit unserem Hund Oskar 10 Tage in diesem schönen Dorfhaus verbracht. Es liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die quirlige Esplanade wo es vielerlei Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt , durch die Garage hat man direkten Zugang zur Wohnung .Die nächst größere Stadt Meze hat einen schönen Sandstrand man erreicht sie über eine Schnellstrasse in ca. 12 Minuten.Die Vermieterin ist sehr behilflich .

Gite charmant,bien situé dans le centre du village avec grand garage, indispensable pour stationner dans cette partie de Montagnac. A proximité de Mèze (Etang de Thau, huitres et baignade sans risque pour les petits) Pézenas et Sète. Gite super propre et bien équipé. Accueil très souriant. Très recommandable pour petits et grands.
