This 3 bedroom villa has split bedrooms for privacy. Large dining table and also an additional breakfast nook table in the kitchen. Two bar stool seating at the kitchen countertop. Privacy screen and hedge for tanning by the pool. Master bedroom is beautifully decorated with 55" screen tv wall mount and King size bed. Comfortable reclining couch, loveseat and recliner chair in the family room. Second bedroom has King size bed and a sliding door that enters the patio/pool area. Third bedroom has two single beds decorated in Mickey Mouse style. All bedrooms have a flat screen tv.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during our Universal Orlando vacation. The house is a moderate distance to the parks. We loved being able to cook breakfast and dinner and swim or relax in the hot tub after our long park days. The house is situated in a great area very close to a nice Wal-Mart and good restaurants. Wonderful property!

I love this house and this was my third time staying here. The owner is amazing, very responsive and very helpful too. The house was very clean, the beds were quite comfortable and the pool is beautiful, We went to the theme parks many days, but my favorite was just relaxing at the house on the lanai overlooking the pond and the fountain. The waterfall into the pool was so serene. I enjoyed the hot tub very much! I look forward to returning to this house. The location is great too!

great vacation home

Property was perfect for a Disney vacation. Location was great. About a ten minute drive to everything Disney. Pool area and hot tub were very nice. The property was clean and well kept.

Beautiful house

We stayed here in January for a football tournament for our son. It was a beautiful house with gorgeous setting and pool. House was clean and owner even had a goody basket when we got to the house. This was so nice and thoughtful. Pool and hot tub were the highlight of the rental and the whole trip. We played for hours in it every evening. Thanks for letting us come !

Amazing place to stay!

This house was very spacious for my husband and I, and two teenagers! We were only 15-20 min drive from Disney each day and only 5-10 min drive to any restaurant you could imagine! We loved the home, the host, and the area so much! The host was very responsive and informative the entire time! Would definitely enjoy staying at this property again!

A great place to stay in Kissimmee

No need to stay in Disney the accommodations were wonderful. We highly recommend this property. Hopefully the property is available in the very near future. The host was very accommodating!

A fantastic holiday home

We loved the villa. It was well-maintained and freshly decorated. The pool area was great (the jacuzzi was amazing) and had a beautiful lake view. The villa was perfect for our visits to Disney, Universal and elsewhere. Communicating with Kathryne was easy and she responded so quickly, dealing with all our queries and concerns. We had a fabulous stay in Orlando and we would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place to get away from the cold South Dakota Winter.

Great location for golfing, biking, walking, enjoying delicious food and beverages in nearby restaurants and listening to some awesome bands in the Prominade at Sunset Walk.

Right in the heart of Disney! Personal pool and hot tub.

Overall great stay. We were sandwiched right between the hurricanes (Helene & Milton). Property Manager was very responsive to power issues with the pool and even sent someone out to fix it right away. Showers are a bit tight but we are a smaller family so it wasn’t too bad at all. TVs everywhere the eh pool patio. Not a brand new construction but very nice.

Fantastic property close to Disney

We stayed here for nine nights for a family trip from the UK to Disney World. We travelled with our two children 6 and 9. This is an excellent property which we would highly recommend. It is very clean and well presented. The beds are very comfortable and provide a great night's sleep. The heated pool and bubble spa bath both work perfectly and reach a really nice temperature. Kathryn is an attentive host and responds to questions quickly. The neighborhood is peaceful and the nearest Disney park is less than 20 mins drive in reasonable traffic.

Excellent Rental! Perfect Location!

What a gem! Great vacation villa!! Home was very clean and spacious for our family. We could not get enough of the waterfall at the pool and gazing for hours at the beautiful pond behind the home while getting a lovely suntan! Very private! My son called the sparkles on the ceiling "stars." Kathryne, the host, was excellent to work with and was very informative and accommodating. She definitely goes the extra mile to make your stay easy fun and comfortable! The location was perfect being one of closest to the theme parks and minutes to restaurants and grocery stores! We have stayed in the Kissimmee area before and will definitely be renting this Villa the next trip!

Lots of white cranes on White Crane Court.

The house was as advertised! It was a great location, with a great host, and amenities. The pool and spa were great for morning/afternoon/evening dips with a great view of the waterway. Everyday a flock of white cranes visited. The poolside waterfall was an added touch and created a relaxing oasis, and provided shelter for a few little lizard friends as well. The pool deck was large with ample seating and lounging space. It also has cover from the showers and two outside fans to help with keeping cool. The bedrooms were great, with room to sleep 6. The kitchen had everything we needed, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The host was easy to reach and provided prompt replies. Would definitely recommend this place and return for future visits to the Four Corners area!

Great House in a Great Location

This is my second time staying at this villa. Obviously as I'm a repeat customer, I liked it the first time, and enjoyed it as much this time (the place had undergone some remodeling, which make it look nicer). The master bed is comfortable, and this time I did more cooking. The kitchen is stocked with the tools needed for preparing meals, and I liked the stove / oven. The pool (with heat) was very nice, and I enjoyed the spa as well. I had injured my leg, and the heat and immersion helped some. I enjoyed watching some wildlife as I swam or sat in the spa. The neighborhood is quiet, and it's a short drive to the theme parks (I rented a car this time; last and and on one day here I used a ride share, which worked well also). The management is on top of maintenance issues in this house. Sometimes things happen, and rather than ignore the problem, they work to fix it. Communication was quick and responsive. I would book this villa again.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This is a beautiful home located close to Disney. I selected it as it's the type of house and location I would buy if I decided to live in Orlando part time. I had a great experience in this home. To begin with, this property is properly managed. I had made an inquiry into a different house initially, but received no reply. As it never gets better than the marketing pitch, I made queries on this house. The management responded quickly, answering my questions (things I've learned to ask, like if there is any construction providing noise or traffic issues). This clear communication continued when it came to check-in and a few queries about check-out. I only used the master bedroom, which was comfortable and has a fan. I like air circulation, so this was a plus. An undocumented feature is an iHome unit on the nightstand. I assume it mostly did home automation items, but I used it as a bluetooth speaker so I could enjoy music in the room. The master bath has a single sink (in a dark color, which turned me off from ever having that in my own home as stains from toothpaste or the like are very visible), plus a mirror I believe is normally used for makeup but I find useful for putting in and taking out contact lenses). The shower has two heads plus a sprayer. Tip: Turn the heads away from the door when turning them on, moving them towards you after they produce the desired temperature and the door is closed). The kitchen is well-equipped. I did not extensively cook, but I believe it has more appliances and kitchen tools than my own home. I paid for pool heat and enjoyed it. There are pool toys and items, but I did not use them. The house is extensively labeled, and there are instructions for using things like the TV. There is also a manual for the house (though some items are out of date, notably regarding Disney parks. Do your own research on that). The house is quite close to Disney Parks. I declined to rent a car, electing to use rideshare services. I never had a problem getting a ride, usually within 10 minutes. This included early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, evening, and even a late-night (12:30 a.m.; after a Boo Bash party). While everybody's situation is different, I believe I came out ahead of the game using these services instead of a rental car with their fees and theme park parking. If this house suits your needs, I would highly recommend this property.
