The ground floor has a master king bedroom with a 55-inch SMART TV and ensuite bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the other two bedrooms including a master king bedroom and a third bedroom for the kids. The kids will sleep in comfort with their bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed that also offers a twin trundle bed and a 43-inch SMART TV.

Nights in can be spent in the fully equipped games room with numerous arcade machines to choose from including Pump It Up Fiesta EX dance, 2 Nicktoons Nitro Racing machines, Arcade Legends 3, Pac-Man's Arcade Party, an 80-inch TV, and an Xbox 360. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

1. The HOA now requires that I submit a copy of all the adults drivers licenses who will be staying at our house. Please send me a copy of all the adults drivers license when you get a chance so I can register you with the security gate at the community entrance.

2. Hot Tub/ Pool Heat. The hot tub is a spill over into the main pool. So the hot tub will be the same temp as the pool water. If you pay for hot tub / pool heat it will heat the hot tub to 104 degrees and keep the pool water at a constant 84 degrees. It will cost an extra $30 a day to cover energy costs. If you decide to have pool heat it will be charged for the full duration of your stay.

3. If you would like to have a 2 burner BBQ grill for your stay it will cost $125 for the week. There is a company that delivers it with a full tank of propane. Please let me know if you would like me to order one.

4. The AC units are brand new and work well. However the thermostats have been locked at 72 degrees because if the run colder they do run the chance of freezing the condensers. That said the house is very comfortable and cool and there are ceiling fans in many rooms.

6. Please remember there is no smoking, of any kind, inside or outside our home. There will be a $250 penalty to deep clean if the house smells like smoke.

7. The HOA has strict rules on parking. Only 2 cars are allowed to park on the driveway of the house and must not block the sidewalk. There is also no street parking. If you have additional cars, they must park by the club house and walk back to the house or car pool back to the house.
