Visit nearby Hunstanton for the Sealife Centre, seasonal seal trips and a host of other seaside attractions. Head east from here and pass through local beauty spots such as Burnham-Overy-Staithe, Brancaster, Holkham,and Wells-next-the-Sea, which boasts a picturesque quay and a narrow gauge railway that takes you down to the beach with its pretty painted beach huts. Head a little further and you can enjoy the pursuit of crabbing on Blakeney Quay, too.
History buffs will enjoy a visit to the Sandringham and Holkham Estates and should also take the time to explore the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn. Bird watchers will enjoy trips to Titchwell, Cley and Welney and wildlife lovers will surely take a deer safari in nearby Snettisham.
