About this property
Saltings House, Ringstead, Norfolk
Set on a quiet lane on the edge of the popular village of Ringstead, this modern brick and carrstone detached house has enviable rural views and a south facing garden that catches the sun all day long. Saltings House is fresh, bright and spacious.
Built in 2016 to the highest of standards, this smart house is comfortable, well-equipped and flooded with natural light. Perfectly suited to families, couples and friends, Saltings House is an excellent proposition for a holiday at any time of the year. With two living rooms, everyone can spread out, and with televisions in four of the rooms there will be no arguing over the remote control! With air source heating you will be kept snug as a bug with a clear eco conscience, and the availability of a wood burning stove to light during the winter really boosts the cosy factor to the max. The ground floor is a very sociable space, with a generous sized fitted kitchen running the full width of the house, with a dining area that has bi-fold doors opening the room up to the garden with open views across the fields. Across the hallway the relaxing south facing sitting room is dual aspect and has two sets of bi-folding doors which really extends the living area by bringing the outside in. A snug at the front of the house offers a quieter space; ideal for catching up with work or a favourite book and is also a great option for children to play and watch television. With four bedrooms on the first floor (king-size, double, twin and bunk room) along with two bathrooms (one is en-suite) and a further bathroom on the ground floor, this super house offers guests great flexibility. The large garden is fully enclosed, allowing children to let off some steam and play safely while older family members can relax and soak up the sun.
With both a great pub and well-served village shop within short walking distance of the house, and the beautiful North Norfolk coastline only a ten minute drive away, this superb house has much to recommend and is sure to become a popular choice with holidaymakers looking for comfort, style and a convenient base, ideal for both staying local and exploring further afield.
This property is also available as a sleeps four option, with two bedrooms closed off, listed as Saltings House (4).
Additional Information:
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Pillows and duvets are synthetic fibre.
Travel cot, stair gate, and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot.
