Maximum capacity: 4 guests. The private terrace overlooks the sea and is equipped for outdoor meals and relaxing afternoons.
Main features for a comfortable stay: satellite TV, washing machine, autonomous heating, electric mini-oven, fridge with freezer, iron and ironing board. Private direct access to the beach just below the house.
The apartment is only a few meters from the Ponente cycle path and a few minutes by car from supermarket, small shops, restaurants, pharmacy and the main services. Private parking at 100 metres.
Ideal for families or for anyone seeking a “true sea experience”, in direct contact with nature, without the need to use the car every day. Pets not allowed.
