Birthday Weekend

We had a long weekend staying in this wonderful bungalow. It was spotless, extremely well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Everything we needed had been thought of. There is also a lovely garden with plenty of seating. Cannot recommend it enough.

Home from home

My Mum and I and my little spaniel very much enjoyed our stay. The property is in such a great location for the beach and The Lobster Pot cafe is highly recommendable, less than 10 minute's walk away. The bungalow was immaculately clean and the garden is beautiful. Martin the gardener turned up to mow the lawn during our stay - very friendly and non intrusive. The beds were extremely comfy and all bedrooms ensuite, with super showers. Overall, a lovely stay and perfect for a family get together.

Super property, great location

We spent 3 nights with 5 adults, 1 child and a dog. It’s a fantastic house, very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Lovely to have 3 en-suite bathrooms and being a bungalow also worked well for our multi-generational group. The garden is huge and was great for our dog and daughter to run around in. Lovely to sit out for breakfast and evening drinks after a day at the beach. The village shops, pubs and beach are a short walk away and the house is on a very quiet road. We will definitely be back!

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über einen schönen Garten mit Sitz- und Grillgelegenheit. Praktisch sind auch die Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Einfacher Check-in durch Schlüsselsafe. Bis zum Strand und den Restaurants sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Laura Lye beantwortet Fragen sehr schnell. Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Beautiful home in a lovely location

I booked this home for the weekend to celebrate my partners birthday with friends. I couldn't have chosen better... The home (and it genuinely is a home) was clean comfortable and spacious. Fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend or longer this is a perfect place to base yourself for a relaxing beach holiday or as a base to explore West Sussex. Our stay was made easy by clear instructions and support from Laura the letting manager and her team who were on hand to answer any questions. We are already planning our next trip.

A beautiful property, where we all felt very much at home straight away. It couldn't have been cleaner and the communications with the owner were superb. I would definitely recommend . Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bird Song

Nice spacious property in a peaceful location with beautiful birdsong from the resident blackbirds. Just a 10 minute walk to lovely Felpham beach and promenade. Only criticism’s - no welcome pack on arrival - only one door key provided - the mattresses were not very comfortable!

Very good location with short walk to the beach and promenade.

Very pleased overall with the property and location. The garden very well received particularly enjoyed by the children. Very well equipped and spacious property for our family configuration.
