Outside you will find an enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating on the patio, with a BBQ, fabulous for summer nights and alfresco dining.

The barn is in close proximity to the towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe, where you will find plenty of fine dining eateries, friendly local pubs and fabulous boutique shops. The area is also home to some of England's most loved coastlines, making it perfect for family days at the beach (the majority of beaches allow dogs too).

Bustling market town of Kingsbridge hosts local markets, crafts, farmers markets, charity events. A real old fashioned town with lovely independent shops, sit at the head of the estuary watching the paddle boarders perform yoga, try your hand at crabbing or just relax next to the water at the Crabshell Inn enjoying the views - 1.5 miles by car along the lanes or a mile walking across the farmers’ fields with stunning estuary views on approach.
