Very clean and easy to use. Everything worked as it should. Ideal for a quick pop down to the seafront to take in the harbour views and maybe a nightcap.

Overall we had a nice stay. The house is lovely although in an area where there was quite a few disturbances with property 99 next door. Police constantly arriving. A property of that size dhould have 2 toilets.Dont book this property if you have mobility issues. Well equipped.

Everything was really great ... we felt good ... thank you very much ....
We were very happy with this property, we booked it as we were celebrating my Dads 60th so needed a base near by, the north and sound bay are easily walkable but hilly. The property was clean and well cared for and provided the basics and more for our 2 night stay, it’s a delightfully quirky property, there were lots of steep stairs as the property’s over 4 floors but we didn’t mind at all, it adds to the character of this pleasant property and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
This property is located within a short walk from the south bay or from the town centre so was ideal for us . Parking close by was possible although we were there for the bank holiday weekend and we fell lucky with a space coming free as we arrived - the parking permit was in the lounge ready for us. Communication with the host was excellent and she was very accommodating. The property has very steep internal stairs , this was in the description but just make sure you are prepared for them I wouldn’t for example want to carry a baby up and down them. The property is full of original features which make it quite quirky if you like modern clean lines this property may not be for you ! There were lots of additional conveniences and a lovely bottle of wine ( much appreciated) and overall we had a great stay - I only took off the 1 star of my overall score as it could do with a coat of fresh paint in some places I am however aware we were going peak season and this would probably have to wait until the off season
The welcome pack was very useful with tea and coffee and other household stuff available in the kitchen. Parking was a bit confusing. For parking permit, we used the tan-coloured scratch card 4-day parking card (We didn't use the blue parking wheel timer card.) The house is spacious set over 4 floors with steep stairs. Not suitable for the elderly. It has 2 TV rooms so can cater for different age groups. The master bedroom has a super king bed which was very comfortable. The loft rooms have 2 bedrooms one has 2 single beds both children said they were not all that comfortable as they could feel the springs. The other double bedroom however was very comfortable and has stunning views across the sea. All in all a great holiday home and location. I would recommend staying at this property.
Pretty house, tastefully furnished with everything you need. Great location and super clean. View from the bathroom to the sea! Kristen is a wonderful hostess and hopefully we will come back soon.
Well located, just a stones throw from beach and castle. Lovely confu beds and bedding. Steep stairs so not really ok for very young children. Children enjoyed playroom and toys. Could do with more storage for food. All in all a veryv njoyable stay
The place is super. The only problem was lack of stairgate on the top floor.A child could be killed or seriously injured if they wandered ,confused in the dark. Our littlest child has health problems ,often at night..We bought a non adjustable gate, cheaper, which is difficult for adult to climb over. We recommend you buy the adjustable one from Argos for east entry,about£40 to ensure safety and peace of mind for future families. We have left the cheaper one fr other peolple to use. T hank you
Had a lovely 3 days, great location, within walking distance to the seafront.
House was clean & spacious, had everything we could need. The only downside which had no reflection on the property (which was excellent) was the lack of parking in that part of Scarborough.
Lovely quaint house over 4 floors. You need to be reasonably fit as the stairs are steep, as is the walk to the Harbour and beach.
Having said that there is plenty of space, everything we needed and the kids loved it.
Once parked we didn't use the car at all and the we did loads.
wonderful beaches, crabbing, amusements and ice creams.
Every thing we needed for a refreshing break.
The property is tight in the centre of everything so you dont need your car. The house itself is well worth what you pay with loads of space and clean, tidy and presentable rooms throughout.
From the master bedroom you get stunning views. Out back is a tidy garden which gets the sun.
