The Space

A Bright and Modern Sorrento Holiday Rental is located in a late 19th Century Building and is fully furnished and elegantly decorated, perfect for families or a small group as the property can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The designers of this project focused on using three main colors of white, blue and strong blue. Glazed terracotta floors cover the property, all the same color however as a design feature some are different shaped than others. The apartment has central air conditioning throughout including the bedrooms. The rooms are very bright and spacious, the perfect solution for families, couples and groups of friends who are looking for accommodations in the heart of the city of Sorrento, you can enjoy the beautiful views from the balconies surrounding the property.

Bathroom:

The bathroom has a separate wash room with a washbasin resting on a white lacquered shelf, while inside the bathroom there is a sink. This allows much more functionality as well as an aesthetic feature. The bathroom also includes a large shower and washbasin with large lateral supports. You will also find the use of blue and white contrast tiling, on the floor and on the walls to create a unique design effect which modernizes the space. Clean Towels and Complimentary Toiletries are provided.



Living Room

In the lounge area, upon entrance there is a strong impact in terms of the floor and the wallpapers as two different patterns have been used, again using green, white and blue core colors that are reflected and highlighted throughout the property. The style is very Mediterranean especially though the use of colors and design objects. The sofa cushions use the same unique pattern as the wallpaper which compliments the emerald green color of the sofa fabrics which are made of linen and produced by Romo Nara. The lamp also used the same core colors and was hand painted by a local company. You will also find a small table and chairs corner a great area where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. To complete the room there is a large television and a sophisticated and refined touch is given by the use of some key vintage and antique elements such as a nineteenth Century cupboard that was restored by a local Sorrento antique dealer. You will also find a double sofa bed where an additional two guests can stay.



Kitchenette:

There is also a small fully equipped kitchen area which also includes all of the essential amenities such a Mini Fridge, Induction Hob and Stove Top and more.



Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete access to the whole spacious and bright apartment. Please note prior to entering the property there is a very small lobby area which will then lead you into your apartment. The apartment can be found on the second floor which can only be reached by taking the stairs, as the apartment is located in the Old Town of Sorrento, it is very rare to find buildings with lift included.

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Late Check In: 50€ (7pm - Midnight)





Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.



Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
