Wonderful villa with private pool and Jacuzzi, just 20 minutes from the beach of Porto San Giorgio

Villa Lavanda is a villa with private pool near Monte Giberto, in the province of Fermo, in the southern part of Le Marche region.
This villa is located in a hilly position, within an organic farm specializing in the production of extra virgin olive oil, honey, truffles and essential oils.
The villa is located a few kilometres from the historic towns of Monte Giberto, Grottazzolina and Magliano di Tenna, where there are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the main facilities.
From the villa, you can reach the beaches of Porto San Giorgio with about 20 minutes' drive. This seaside resort is renowned for its long beaches of fine sand with shallow waters, suitable for families with children, and for its promenade with free beaches, beach clubs, bars, ice cream parlours, chalets and restaurants for aperitifs and dinners.
Nearby you can also visit historic villages nestled in the hills, including Monte Giberto, Moresco, Monterubbiano, Petritoli, Torre di Palme, as well as an unforgettable walk through the streets of Fermo, to admire the Renaissance Piazza del Popolo, the Cathedral in top of the hill, ancient churches, museums and noble palaces.
Also not to be missed are the famous historic villages and coastal towns that are located a little further south, including Offida, Ripatransone, Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
From here, you can leave for pleasant walks along the roads of the surrounding countryside or for excursions in the paths of the Sibillini National Park or the Conero Natural Park.
This territory will delight you with its food and wine and typical local products, including Maccheroncini di Campofilone and the renowned Falerio DOP and Rosso Piceno DOP wines, which you can taste in many wineries and in festivals held in historic towns during the summer months.

This villa is located in a panoramic and quiet position, surrounded by a large fenced garden, overlooking the Marche hills and the Sibillini Mountains.
The pool and the garden are the real relaxation corner of the villa, where you can spend pleasant days with your family and friends.
The pool enjoys a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and is equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. It also has an entrance with Roman steps and an outdoor shower.
In the pool area there is also a veranda with a Jacuzzi tub and a gazebo with sofas and garden furniture.
The porch of the villa is equipped with sofas, tables, chairs and a gas barbecue, to comfortably eat and relax outdoors.
In the garden there is a ping-pong table.
The property is completely fenced. Parking outside and inside the property.
Villa Lavanda is a fascinating dwelling on three floors and can accommodate up to 9 people.
The villa is tastefully furnished and features well-equipped, comfortable and elegant rooms.
The ground floor of the villa consists of:
- a large and bright living room with sofa, TV with satellite channels and Netflix, Xbox 360 and quality audio/video system, fireplace, dining table and air-conditioned wine cabinet;
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka pot and drip coffee maker, completed by a lounge area with sofa and satellite TV;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a laundry area with washer-dryer.
On the first floor there is:
- a large double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, panoramic view and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower;
- a double bedroom;
- a twin bedroom which leads to the upper floor;
- a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor (attic), there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the upper floor there is an air-conditioner in the stairwell, which also cools the twin bedroom on the first floor (which leads to the upper floor).
The living room is equipped with insect screens. Portable fans available.
On request, it is possible to add 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly and final cleaning; weekly linen change on request; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance, firewood (kg.100); use of mountain bike (nr.2).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
