Please note, sheets and towels are not included, these must be rented at € 30 per person.Villa Artcheda is a holidayhome on only 10 min from the center of La Colle sur Loup (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).This holidayhome has been entirely and tastefully refurnished. The villa is very cosy with a beautiful family kitchen and wonderful terraces with lots of furniture.Beautiful private swimming pool (12 x 5 m - max 1,8m depth) with a 9m² plage immergée (20cm deep: ideal for toddlers and the elderly), and a 70m² terrace. The villa can be rented for 11 people + 1 baby with a supplement of 100,00 euros per person.This holidayhome has an ideal situation ; only 30 minutes away from Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Grasse,... Recommended during the summer but also during the winter !Children are more than welcome : Nursing pillow, 2 childrens parks, 3 babycots with sheets, childrens toilet, poolhouse
