Great apartment and location

The location of the apartment is perfect for the beach the harbour restaurants supermarket etc. The apartment is clean and spacious with great views. Would highly recommend the apartment and the rental company. We will be using again.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Lovely complex, very well maintained. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Our only criticism would be the shower in the second bathroom. Very cramped and hard to operate with all the different controls. This could do with being replaced.

Perfectly Placed Spacious Apartment

Lovely apartment in clean, peaceful complex. 4 adults and 1 child. Great pool area and location for beach. Lovely spacious terrace. Good communication with Duquesa Estates. Some drainage issues in central bathroom which caused a drain smell from time to time but a minor problem and seems to be the norm in the area. Ants - bait was down and even though we weren’t on ground level you had to be very careful not to drop any food!! These issues did not affect our holiday as we’re aware they’re both common in warmer climates.

Bom apartamento que só peca por alguns detalhes: micro-ondas sem instruções, casa de banho comum com cabine duche muita pequena, falta uma mesinha de cabeceira num quarto, tv podia ser melhor. De resto excelente terraço, boas áreas, bem equipado, boa localização apesar da praia mesmo em frente não ser famosa, aconselho ir para as praias do lado de Castillo de la Duquesa.

Great place to escape the winter.

An excellent apartment, with a couple a small niggles, - the kitchen is really quite small for 6 people and in January early February the living room is quite dark. An additional lamp would improve matters. The service from Duquesa Estates was excellent, I cannot make any recommendations for improvement.
