The Minerva holidayhome holiday home is immersed in the quiet of a large centuries-old olive grove, a few minutes from the beaches of Lake Garda and only 200 meters from the historic center of Manerba del Garda. The structure is entirely fenced and consists of 3 recently renovated apartments, all very large and bright, finely furnished in a modern style, particularly suitable for families.

The Iris apartment is located on the first floor, it is very spacious and bright, newly renovated (2019), particularly suitable for large families. It looks like an open attic space. It has a large hall, kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, juicer, American coffee machine, moka, espresso machine, kettle.
3 bedrooms, one double with cot, one double with third bed, one single with bunk bed. A bathroom in the sleeping area with washing machine, baby changing table, hairdryer. A bathroom in the living area with double sink.
Small closet with clothesline, iron and ironing board.
In the large living room, with dining area, you will also find a small play corner for children, a TV corner and a sofa.
USB sockets in every room.
The apartment also has a balcony and a reserved area in the garden with table and chairs near the pool.
The swimming pool is shared with an another apartment of the structure.
