Two Dales Cottage at Knockerdown Holiday Village

Two Dales was originally two cottages, that has now been converted into one spacious cottage sleeping up to 11 guests, with beautiful exposed beams and brick walls. The large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, makes it an ideal cottage for a family or friends get together. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of the bedrooms being on the ground floor with an en suite walk in shower room, making it ideal if any of your party may have mobility issues. Bedroom 2 and 3 and one of the bathrooms are up one set of stairs and the 4th bedroom along with a separate bathroom is up the second set of stairs. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beautiful Carsington Water and just a 10 minute drive away from the towns of Ashbourne and Wirksworth. Being situated in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales, means many tourist attractions including Alton Towers, Chatsworth House and Gulliver's Kingdom are all within a 30 minute drive away. Tissington Trail is just a 10 minute drive away and offers miles of safe off road walking or cycling with fabulous views of the rolling Derbyshire countryside. All cottages at our holiday village can make use of the indoor heated swimming pool and games room.

The lounge area has a TV & DVD player and soft seating.

The dining area has a large spacious dining table with seating for 12 guests.

The kitchen is well equipped for all your self catering needs and includes a double oven, hob, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils. Breakfast bar with seating.

All bedrooms have ample drawer and hanging space.

One hairdryer is provided.

The two family bathrooms both have baths, with showers over, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom one located on the ground floor has an en suite with walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 1 and 4 have a TV.

The kitchen and bathrooms have underfloor heating.

A high chair (without straps) is available upon request

The rates include WIFI, heating, bed linen and two fresh towels per person per stay
