EXCEPTIONAL location, with sand garden. 22 m2 composite wooden terrace for delicious meals in summer and SPA (Jacuzzi for 6 people) offering moments of fullness and refreshment on sunny days.
"La Fétuque Bleue" is a lovely family home with modern and well-kept amenities. New construction in 2016 to PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Outdoor heat pump providing underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable for keeping your feet warm.
Located at 252, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), near the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
2 steps from shops and the sea, 6 km from Berck Plage and 7 km from Le Touquet.
The beach of Merlimont if located 5.3 kms, or 20 minutes by bike .....

Gîte très agréable, moderne et fonctionnel dans un décor contemporain
La location est très calme, tout est prévu et la gérante est à l'écoute de la moindre demande. La literie est bonne et la cuisine fonctionnelle.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Merlimont et nous la recommandons vivement.
