This fabulous spacious apartment which is literally a stone's throw from the sea has just been renovated. It is almost like being on board a luxury cruise liner with stunning views of the unspoilt pretty Totland Bay. There are 2 bathrooms, large lounge/ dining room, bedroom with a king size bed, bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds, all with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is exclusive use of a beach hut and barbecue on the green adjoining the house and parking on this safe bathing beach. The lounge has a 49" plasma tv with a freeview hd box if you can tear your eyes away from the sea. It is perfect for a romantic break or a family holiday. Free wii-fi is included and it is centrally heated for when the weather is a bit cooler. Bed linen is included as are lovely large white bath sheets for use in the apartment
The Pier View apartment is just what it says –a 3 bedroomed apartment on the first floor, with fabulous views across the Pier in the beautiful Totland Bay through its floor to ceiling windows. The Apartment has recently undergone a complete renovation with a brand new kitchen and two brand new bathrooms, giving luxury accommodation for up to 6 people.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller but still has a full sized double bed and the third room has two full sized single beds.

We welcome children of all ages; travel cots and high chairs are available. It is the location for a perfect family holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped make you feel at home if you want to cook. Hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are provided.

It is centrally heated for those times when it is chilly. If you can tear your eyes away from the view there is a 49" flat screen TV with a free-sat box and DVD/blu ray player. Wi-fi is available free of charge.

You will also have the use of your own private Beach Hut which sits on the green adjoining the house. A wonderful spot to use the barbecue or simply sit and experience one of the gorgeous sunsets, perhaps with a glass of wine your hand.

There is also one free parking space next to the house. You will have the exclusive use of a Beach Hut on the green next to the house for the duration of your stay.

One free parking space is provided next to the house. Free parking is available on Cliff Road, just a couple of minutes walk away.

Discounts on ferry bookings are available, through Red Funnel (Southampton / East Cowes)
or Wightlink ( Lymington /Yarmouth or Porstmouth / Fishbourne.
We can quote for Red Funnel, but Wightlink needs to have a fully paid booking before we can pass on details of the discounting company. Typical discounts vary between 20 - 40%

Wonderful stay at Pier View

We loved our stay at Pier View. The apartment was lovely, clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a family friendly stay. And the views of the water and the pier were amazing! Jo (our host) was so nice and helpful. We really couldn’t have asked for a better time or place to visit family and attend a wedding. Thank you for the lovely and memorable time!

Summer Holiday 2019

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at this property. It was clean and spacious and the view of the sea from the living room was outstanding, with beautiful sunsets. The beach was 20yds from the apartment and swimming in the sea was a pleasure. Two excellent restaurants, The Hut and the Waterfront Café, shops, Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shop were all within 1/2 mile of the apartment. The Needles theme park was very close by and if you enjoy walking, the coastal path will provide plenty of challenges and spectacular views. Although the weather wasn't always good the 2 weeks here was relaxing, peaceful and offered many different activities for a good family holiday.

Lovely flat!

The property was as described - a luxury flat in a beautiful location. Everything was very clean, probably as it had only just been renovated and decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped though it would have been useful to have instructions for the cooker and microwave. It would have been useful to know that there were quite steep uneven outdoor stairs to get to our flat on the 1st floor - someone even more elderly than us would have found them difficult. The beach hut was an added bonus, though the barbecue inside it had been left dirty. The view from the flat was excellent, even on a miserable day! However dealing with HomeAway was another story! I heard nothing from them despite several messages from me to them about how we would get the keys, until the morning of our departure, so that was very worrying. I eventually heard from the owner of the flat. When we got there slightly early we were not allowed in until 3pm in case the cleaners were still there - although it was clear that they were not, and Victoria who saw us in could have easily checked for us, but wouldn't. In fact she didn't seem very pleased to see us at all, certainly not very welcoming. Then on our last evening I had a message from Victoria to say they were still awaiting payment for our stay. She was most apologetic and she and the owner (by phone) both said that was down to HomeAway. Victoria saw us out at 10am and she was still most apologetic and very friendly.

Stunning views

A lovely apartment with amazing views. When the tide is in you feel like you are on a boat. All newly refurbished to a high standard. The cafe and Waterfront Restaurant are great, as is the fish and chip shop in the village. We will back.

Totland Bay long weekend

We had a lovely time staying at the property - the house is very well located on a quiet bay with the beach literally yards away. The ferry at Yarmouth is only a few minutes drive which was very convenient. The property has just been renovated and to a very high standard - modern, clean and stylish. We were very happy with the interior. There is a great restaurant on the bay and another one around the corner on the next bay, great to have two good eating options within walking distance. Good base for exploring the island and a great base for cyclists as the most dramatic cycling is on the military road just south of Totland along the coast. Would recommend the property to all.

The Beach House is a large Victorian house located on the esplanade of the delightful Totland Bay, on the North West coast of the Island. It is very easy and relaxing to while away the time just gazing at the spectacular vista, especially pretty when the yachts are out, but even better at dusk when you will see some of the finest sunsets in the whole of England. The beach itself is sandy at low tide and is very safe and clean for family bathing.

The Waterfront Restaurant and bar, which has the reputation of being one of the best restaurants on the Island, is only100 meters away; there are also other pubs and eateries in the area. Yarmouth is only a 3 mile drive away, and has restaurants, cafes and several pubs which also serve food.

There are many beautiful scenic walks in the lovely rural West Wight, the most challenging one being across the downs to Tennyson's Monument, where you can see the whole West Wight surrounded on 3 sides by the sea.

The Beach House is a fantastic base for any holiday on the Isle of Wight, whether travellers just want to relax on the beach, walk, hike or cycle round the gorgeous West Wight, or explore the multitude of attractions on the Island.
