This large studio apartment is situated at garden level. It has a lounge/bedroom with King size bed and a sitting area comprising 3 seat settee and 2 seat settee.
The apartment also has an en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin and separate kitchen area.

This garden level apartment has patio doors which open onto a patio area with it's own dedicated table and chairs.

There are large patio doors in the kitchen area.
There is a light tunnel rather than a window in the bedroom/lounge area.

This Studio apartment has a fitted kitchen; and an en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin. There is a 32" Digital TV with CD/DVD player.

Welcome to Chelston Dene Holiday Apartments. This elegant Victorian Villa, circa 1883, sits in its own spacious, beautifully tended, landscaped grounds in a quiet, peaceful area.

We welcome Singles, Couples, families with children of all ages and well behaved dogs/pets.

We are perfectly located; about 350 metres from the beach, local shops and buses while the English Riviera Leisure and Conference Centre, Torquay Harbour, the Princess Theatre and Cockington Village are just a short stroll away.
If you are travelling by train, the railway station is less than 5 minutes away.

• Each apartment at Chelston Dene is self contained, tastefully decorated and well equipped for your stay. All the rooms are checked and cleaned to the highest standard before you arrive.

BEDS -
• Apartments 1,5 & 6 have the option of a King size bed in the bedroom and the double wall bed in the living room or two single beds in the bedroom and a double wall bed.
Apartments 4,7 & 10 are studio apartments with double bed.
Apartments 2 has a king size bed.
Apartments 8 & 9 are studio with double wall bed.
• All the beds are ready made for your arrival.

• Living areas are comfortably furnished and have 32" TV's with Freeview and DVD players.
• All kitchens are complete with fridge, microwave and full size cooker. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
• Each apartment has its own shower room with hand basin, toilet and shaver facilities.

A perfect holiday in a great location.
The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a week's stay, it was spotlessly clean and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, being a stone's throw from the train station and a nice 10 minute stroll along the seafront to the harbour. Plenty of beaches nearby too. The gardens of the apartment are lovely, with plenty of outdoor seating for you to enjoy them. We will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely Short Break
We booked 2 nights, the position was ideal a short walk to the sea front. The apartment was excellent very clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need. Set in a quiet road with nice gardens also dog friendly. Anne and Steve were very helpful even a pint of milk in the fridge. Will return.

We are Anne and Steve and purchased Chelston Dene after moving down from London.

Anne's parents were born in the area and she has fond memories of coming down by train when she was young to stay with Aunts and Uncles during the School Summer holidays.
We always spent our holidays in Devon and the surrounding area and loved it so much, decided to stay.

We have three children.
