Cosy stay in a beautiful area

We loved our stay. Arrived late in a cold late October evening to our warm and cosy log cabin. Enjoyed 3 full days of exploring the nearby area and admiring the beautiful fall colours. It rained a lot, but we were prepared (there is no bad weather only bad clothing, eh?) and enjoyed our walks and exploration so much that are thinking of making it a habit to visit Scotland in the fall. WIFI: worked perfectly 99% of the time. Noise: none from traffic, only pheasants in the morning :-)

Very relaxing a wonderful place for a family get together

The children loved the playground and we both loved the relaxing views and the location near the village but you still feel isolated. We will definitely be returning. Thank you all at Leny Estate this was my parents golden wedding anniversary and it was very special to them, they now have wonderful memories to cherish with the family thanks to you.

Beautiful locationn. Well-equipped cabin. Lovely beds

We chose the location to be near my sister who does not have good health. There is plenty to do for our grandchildren in the area.

Nice accommodation

Lovely views from chalet and quiet area - I would say the shower let this down as it didnt work well and was leaking around the shower head - also not much power and the holder for the shower didnt work - otherwise the chalet was clean and tidy and warm.

Ideal location for peaceful break, walking or sightseeing

Perfect location for a holiday. Depending on your taste it can be a sightseeing trip, walking or cycling trip or a chill out relaxing on the verandah in the sun. Weather was roasting hot when we were there and was great relaxing taking in the view. Log cabins are perfectly situated and very well equipped, would definitely come back again and recommend to friends

Great stay in Callander

Beautiful country cabin a short way out of town. A rustic feel with all the comforts of home. Comfortable, welcoming and relaxing. Rapid response from the manager to a couple of questions. Walking out in the morning to the fresh country air and cool temps was a great way to start the day.

Beautiful location

Booked last minute for a break away to recharge the batteries, the estate is beautiful, stunning scenery and so peaceful. We were met on arrival by Alan what a lovely, friendly welcome. The lodge was lovely, was cold on arrival but heated up fairly quickly. Very comfy bed. Not much to do in Callander itself.

Nice stay

Comfortable lodge, A lot of space. Well equipped. NO WIIFI. It is clearly written inside that there are a lot of disruption, and we could not get any wifi during the entire stay. So don't expect to get wifi. Missing some cupboard to store food.

lovely place to stay

surroundings, peaceful, beauty, lovely lodge and play area! hoewever: it wpuld have been nice to have spoken to somebody, just once during our stay- to make it more friendly . Cannot judge staff servive as we saw no staff. .. And when the electriciy failed it would have been good to have been told. Didnt know who to ask, big house 'forbidden to enter''. Also confused if we were allowed to do down to river or not- again, nobody to ask. Lastly, per hapsd a new set of pots and pans..?

This visit to Leny Estate was wonderful and just what we needed at a difficult time

Ferguson log cabin has such wonderful views and I enjoyed time to draw as we sat on the verandah soaking in the peace, watching the swifts above and the birdsong. Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine and the accommodation as always was very comfortable .
