There are two local beaches which are minutes away either walking or catching the cliff railway which the kids will love. Other attractions walkable from the property are Babbacombe Model Village and Bygones museum plus many other attractions in the area by bus or car.Parking is on road but there are no restrictions or charges. There are stairs upto the apartment on the first floor so not suitable for the elderly or infirm.

Nice position for a numerous activities.

Close to beach and eating places (but self-catering an option too). Shops nearby. Good sized accomodation with views of the sea from the lounge.
