A beautiful 3 bedroom cottage in the picturesque seaside village of Charmouth. Tucked up on a hill, it commands sea views to the back and countryside views to the front.
Just 10 minutes walk from the famous fossil beach, 5 minutes from the local village shops, cafe, 2 pubs, playground, tennis courts and fish and chip shop.
The cottage has a rustic charm, with an AGA and quarry tiled flooring in the kitchen. The house has been recently refurbished and offers a bright, neutral theme.

The house is set up for a relaxing stay, consisting of:
- Kitchen diner with dishwasher, washing machine, AGA, fridge freezer and combi-microwave oven
- Cosy living room with Smart TV (Netflix included) and fast fibre WiFi
- Downstairs bathroom (shower over bath)
- Upstairs cloakroom with toilet and sink
- Playroom/relaxing/reading room
- Large porch for coats, shoes, bags
