Amazing property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property, the beds were comfortable, the unit was clean. Great communication with the property manager. Will def recommend and will stay again.

Universal Studios vacation

Great apartment with a nice pool. Updated finishes and the beds were comfortable. Within 20 minutes drive time to Universal Studios and Disney. Great communication with the property manager.

Nice place, all one level, great location, comes with it's own Prince and Princess!

Very nice condo, all one level with walk in showers. Conveniently located to food and parks but has everything you need to prepare and serve meals there. Comfortable and convenient. The Prince and Princess are the owners - very responsive, kind, and helpful to older members of our travelling party who stayed longer. We not only had a wonderful place to stay, we ended up with new friends as well.

Do not stay

I would never stay here again. The place had roaches and raccoons and after almost two months I still wasn’t fully refunded. I only stayed 1 night and have been battling with the owner for my money. Poor communication and only can be reached through VRBO. I had to book a hotel and had to repack me and my children and get a hotel. Worst experience ever and makes me never want to rent through VRBO again because they were little to no help with getting my money back from the owner. If I could rate a 0 I would.

I am very sorry about what happened but you did not give us the option to send the apartment to be checked, you just left, it was a fumigation company and they did not find cockroaches, only other insects that were dead that entered through the door that was open when they cut the grass, I have excellent reviews on the property and on the other rental sites too, I talked to Vrbo and they gave you a refund, but they clarified that there were no cockroaches.
