Fully equipped for 3/4 people and close to the port and all amenities. Shops, restaurants, and the tram line are accessible on foot.
Beautiful 3-room apartment located on the top floor of a lovely residence with elevator, very bright apartment with a large 35 square meter terrace with dining area, loungers and outdoor shower!
The apartment has a living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.
The living room and kitchen open onto the magnificent 35-square-metre terrace, which is very quiet and offers a glimpse of the sea.
Night side: It is composed as follows:
A room with a Queen size bed (160 cm) with its bathroom equipped with a sink, a shower and a toilet.
Another room with a comfortable double sofa bed and its shower room.
