Our standard apartment provides the best value, its our smallest apartment and we offer it at the lowest prices. Sleeps 2 on a double bed. Great for a work type break, small but functional.

Lounge - Flat 42-Inch TV ethernet installed Smart Apps such Sky Movies with NOWTV, Sofa, Free Wi-Fi each apartment has its own dedicated router located within the apartment for the best Wi-Fi signal. 3-seater dining tables, glass finished.

Bedrooms – Double beds with deep mattresses, covered in ivory coloured linen, (not bleached white linen found elsewhere). Large wardrobe with Iron, hair dryer.

Work Desks with chair for a good working environment.

Bathrooms – high pressure showers with plenty of hot water.

Our apartments with plenty of facilities, we are not the luxury choice, but focus on functionality.

We are very centrally located in Preston, just 20 metres from the Train Station, we are the closest Hotel to the Preston Train station.

Convenient and comfortable

The apartment was in perfect location for my situation: I arrived by train and left by bus which were both within a few meters. The bed was comfortable and the shower first class.

So convenient

The standard room was fine for me and the bed was comfortable, the shower excellent and kitchen facilities ideal. The owner responded fast to my questions and helped with the WiFi. I couldn’t get the TV to work but I was content to read instead.

Disappointed.

Location was good for station. Superficial cleanliness is good and apartment is modern. However, crockery and cutlery were not clean. Nothing apparent to wash up with. Only half a toilet roll. Mattress has a poor shape and the duvet was not very pretty (had removed it from cover to stay cool, but didn't want to touch it when saw what it looked like out of cover.). Lots of noise from the road.
