Appartamenti Borgo Panoramico N.7

A new, exclusive development of 4 private apartments with stunning sea views, situated on the edge of the romantic, historic town of Tropea. Each apartment is approximately 35 m2, comprising one double bedroom, shower room (with heated towel rail), living room with sofa bed for two, and a well-equipped kitchen. All apartments have private entrances and private terraces with beautiful sea views of the Aeolian Islands including Stromboli. Terraces have al-fresco dining tables and sofas. Internal facilities include satellite TV, air conditioning (hot/cold), and free wi-fi.
These lovely apartments are in a quiet location approximately 700m from the historic center of Tropea (about 15 minutes walk). There is secure private parking, a shared garden of approximately 2000m2 in which you will find a gorgeous pool and a wood-fired BBQ.
The delightful owners are on-site and always available for advice, directions, and assistance.”
On the day of check-in, customers must pay the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax.

The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 09:30 A.M. to 13:30 P.M. and from 15:00 P.M. to 20:00 P.M.

From the time we booked until the time we checked out Cristian was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too hard. He even picked us up from the train station! Views were amazing and close enough to walk to town centre. The only negative would be the walk up to the apartment as it is steep if you are unfit. Thank you Cristian, we will be back!

Beautiful Appartment, stunning view

We had a wonderful vacation in the apartment which is close to the Centro storico (about 10 min walk). The Location is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Great refreshing pools and a stunning view/sunset. The owner is very helpful but discreet.

Lovely Apartment

This is a beautiful apartment in Tropea. It is very clean. The hosts too live on site and can help with anything you may need. The only caution: it is far up on a steep hill, so if you wear heels, you will need a taxi down to the city center. But the view, especially in the mornings, is spectacular. Thank you so much!

Beautiful views but sort of far from town

I always gauge my review with whether I would stay there again and in this case we would have to say we wouldn't. The apartment has a lot of positives - the views are amazing and there is onsite parking. Maybe it was the time of year but the humidity level in the apartment was close to 100% and it seemed like everything was either damp or wet. I thought turning on the heat would help but that seems to have made it worse with the floor being cold the condensation built up there to the point of being wet and slippery. I'm pretty sure you won't have this issue in summer. Driving up the one-lane road to get to the apartment was interesting - never knew if someone was coming the other direction. And it unfortunately made sense to drive down the hill and park rather than hike up and down the hill when we went to the town. Communication with the owner was excellent! So I would say my review is not good or bad just mixed and maybe for most people the issues we had wouldn't be a problem.

Thank you for reviewing our property for rent. The Borgo Panoramico apartments are brand new apartments and have both heating and air conditioning and a dehumidifier. Maybe you haven't used the right function to remove the humidity from the apartment because normally tourists come even in winter time and this problem has never existed. Yes, this year April was a bit humid but the apartments are also equipped to deal with the humidity. Regarding the road, it is true that it is a bit narrow but being a private road and having only 2 curves it is not a great danger also because it is a road equipped with road signs.

Traumhafte Aussicht, super Vermieter ( sehr hilfsbereit). Weg zum Strand ist weiter als in Beschreibung angegeben. Dafür bietet die Lage eine Topaussicht.
