Artes Exclusive IV apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at the Rastro, a very eclectic open-air market.



The apartment:

This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift.

Upon entering, on the right-hand side, you will find the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; on the left-hand side, you will find the first double bedroom with a double bed.

Next, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a double sofa bed and dining table.

The sleeping area has two additional double bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, decorated with a nice design in light colours.

It has a modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.



There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning only in the living room.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.

Central heating schedule (winter only, November-May) from 13:00 to 23:00.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



Important points to note:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal General Traffic Authority (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
