This 60 m² apartment is located on the first interior floor of a building without an elevator that can accommodate up to 6 people and is completely renovated, designed to offer the best quality to its occupants.
A warm and very bright environment distributed in a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a cosy living-dining room with a sofa bed next to the kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and appliances, in addition to a full bathroom with shower.
It has Wi-Fi internet and partial air conditioning for cold and heat.
