This apartment is located in the La Latina neighbourhood, brimming with charm and one of the favourites among visitors and locals alike, who flock en masse to its bars, restaurants and outdoor cafés, as well as its numerous emblematic buildings and points of interest. Just a few minutes' walk away are museums, cinemas and theatres offering a wide range of cultural entertainment.



The apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular private terrace.

The largest bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom is double. The living room has an easy-to-open double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge, among others.

There is air conditioning and independent heating in all rooms to ensure optimal comfort. The perfect choice!

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
