The apartment:

A large, well-equipped apartment that can sleep 10. It has five separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
This bright 150 m2 apartment has a relaxing atmosphere. It has white walls, renovated old parquet floors and a small terrace with a great orientation for sunbathing. The bright 1950s-inspired decor strikes the perfect note to create a welcoming feel.
The large hall leads to the living-dining room, where there is a large window that leads to the terrace and a door to a twin bedroom.
A long corridor leads to three bedrooms: two doubles (one, with a 1.6 m bed, larger than the other) and a twin.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen is decorated in red. You need to cross the kitchen to reach the final double bedroom and small bathroom.
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with lift reached through a small shopping gallery. It has Internet and air conditioning in summer.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
