¿Planning to visit Madrid and want to be in the heart of it all? ¿Want to visit the most impressive museums, to walk trough those historic little streets, try the famous tapas at the typical restaurants, going out to the best pubs… and more? So you´ve got to be there! And Santa Ana Apartment is the option.

Located on the well known Santa Ana Square, this is the perfect place for those who are willing to stay in the middle of Madrid´s historic and turistic centre. Although the apartment is surrounded by the most centric Metro stations, getting on the metro can be avoided. Within only a few minutes walk you can reach the main Museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the most visited and emblematic turistic sites such as the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real or the Gran Vía –something like Madrid´s Broadway where you can find lots of theatres and cinemas- and neighbourhoods such as La Latina, famous for their cultural and night life.

Just cross the main door, walk any side down the street and Madrid is all there!

The apartment

The Santa Ana II apartment shows that a creative and practical design, together with style and good taste can make of this 30 m2 studio a comfortable place with personality, ideal to enjoy of the perfect stay either being alone or a couple.

Original objects and coloured details, in contrast to the white colour that prevails, create an elegant, but also pleasant and jovial atmosphere in the main room. Two large windows looking towards the well known Huertas Street, make it also very luminous with no need of artificial light during the day.

No complications at all in this apartment that´s got everything thought to obtain a really relaxed and pleasant stay: the modern and fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom –with steel furniture- a very comfortable double bed and also, high speed Internet connection. Everything you´ll need so as to feel at home. Located on a third floor, without elevator.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
