The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. **


The apartment is designed and furnished with high-end and high-quality elements, decorated by a prestigious international decorator and it is fully equipped down to the last detail.

This apartment is located on the first floor of an exclusive building with only one apartment per floor, which guarantees total independence and privacy. The access to the apartment is through a 15 m2 entrance hall which divides the living room and the corridor that leads to the kitchen and bedrooms.

The living room is very spacious (more than 30m2). It has three balconies facing the Madrazo street and two different areas, one of them offering a living area with a sofa, armchairs and a 65" Smart TV, and the other offering a dining area for up to 8 people.

This apartment offers a totally independent very spacious kitchen (more than 20 m2) and it is fully equipped with everything you need.

The corridor of the apartment leads to the bedroom area. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, two of them have two individual beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and the other has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) . In addition, the apartment has 3 full bathrooms, two of them are en suite bathrooms and the other adjoining bathroom of one of the bedrooms.

The building has a community gym area with exercise machines at the disposal of the tenants who stay in the apartment.

The Madrazo area is one of the most luxurious and exclusive in Madrid, but being a very quiet street.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
