The property consists of a main house with 180 square metres of living space. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with an alcove bed measuring 1.40 m x 1.80 m. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The property also features a small, adjacent apartment of approximately 60 square metres, consisting of a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. All units are air-conditioned.

For stays longer than 6 nights, the rate includes a housekeeping service of 3 hours per day, once a week.
