On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, and one with an adjacent bathroom with shower. The first floor, accessed via an internal staircase, offers a spacious living room with dining area and a guest bathroom, leading to a large covered veranda with views of the pool and sea. The independent, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. An annex accessible from the garden offers a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, ideal for guests or service staff.
