Elea - Boutique Maisonette, sea view cottage just outside wonderful Piran

Villa Aurora is situated in a protected area, 10 minutes walk from the coast in a tranquil, secluded setting with cypresses fruit trees & vineyards in abundance. Built on the site of a 19th century villa, the house was completely rebuilt & refitted and is surrounded by garden, with uninterrupted views from the terrace to the coast. The villa comprises of two extremely comfortable and spacious maisonettes (Alba and Tramonto), each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen & large living / dining room and private terrace area, with a shared sunny terrace at the front of the house. The third maisonette (Elea) on the same property is a small detached converted orangerie - a cottage STUDIO SUITE for 2 people (2+1 child). It is situated cca 30 m from the villa. From the villa it is a short walk to a choice of restaurants, bars, shops, wellness centre, tennis courts & a hotel whose pool can be used by guests of the villa. Strunjan is a quiet seaside village a few km from Slovenia's 2 best coastal towns - stunning Venetian Piran & charming Izola.

Lipica Stud: Lipica Stud was established as far as 1580 and has become world famous for being a homeland of noble white horses- Lipizzaners. Nowadays, Lipica is attracting not only horse-fanciers but also visitors keen on sports and recreation. Among various facilities offered by the Stud farm, guests can stay at the Hotel Maestoso or Hotel Klub with restaurants, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, casino Grand Casino Lipica.There's a golf course at Lipica, too and there's another golf course just a few minutes drive form Villa Aurora, highly appreciated : Kempinski Golf Course Adriatic, details on: www.golf-adria.com . For guests who like biking arround this is The Place, the beautiful Parenzana road is the right one for you ( www.parenzana.net) and there are many others.

Beautiful landscape

The apartment was modern and in good shape. The bed was fairly good. Messages with the owner was easy with whats app and she answered questions very quickly. Elea is advertised with sea view, but it does not have it.

Wir sind sehr früh angekommen und konnten trotzdem schon die Unterkunft beziehen . Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen , für 2 Personen perfekt . Gut eingerichtet , wir haben auch öfter gekocht und war alles da . Großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank . Ana , unsere Vermieterin , war immer zu erreichen , einmal war das Internet weg , und Ana hat sich direkt gekümmert . Vielen Dank für den Tollen Service Ana , wir kommen gerne wieder .

Wunderschönes Häuschen in der Natur

Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage in Annas Ferienhäuschen. Es liegt ruhig, mitten in der Natur, was wir sehr genossen haben. Der Strand von Strunjan ist in einem kleinen Spaziergang von ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders gut haben uns die vorgeschlagenen Wanderrouten nach Piran und Portoroz gefallen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Schönen und ruhig

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen perfekt ausgestattet. Wir wurden von Ana Tuma über Feiertage in Slowenien informiert was uns für den Aufenthalt sehr geholfen hat. Slowenien ist wunderschön.

Villa Elea

Das Häuschen liegt ruhig und verträumt mitten in der Natur. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Strand, Meer, Wanderwege und Fahrradwege all das ist in nächster Nähe und gut zu erreichen auch zu Fuß. Es könnte besser nicht sein. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne einchecken.....

Für Paare sehr empfehlenswert

Das kleine Chalet ist für Paare sehr empfehlenswert. Naturnah und herrlich ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und vollkommen ausreichend. Super war die Klimaanlage und der große Kühlschrank! Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist relativ schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad am Meer. Von Strunjan aus kann man schöne Ausflüge nach Piran oder Izola machen. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Ana ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Feriendomizil im Naturschutzgebiet Strunjan

Gute Betreuung bis zur Ankunft durch die Vermieterin, Ana. Das Ferienhäuschen liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und grenzt an ein Waldstück, so dass wir von Rehen besucht wurden. Das Appartement verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung und zwei Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. In Izola lässt es sich im Spar und bei Hofer wunderbar einkaufen. Auch Piran ist einen Besuch wert. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und sagen DANKE. Ehepaar aus Hagen in NRW, Deutschland

Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Strunjan sehr genossen. Am ersten Abend haben uns Rehe auf der Wiese vor dem Häuschen besucht. Das war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Das Haus ist sehr kreativ und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter erfolgte via Whatsapp und ein Besuch fand auch statt. Sehr nett. Die beiden Liegen auf dem Bild wurden durch Klappliegen ersetzt. Geht aber auch. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Empfehlung für künftige Besucher: Bitte Insektenschutz nicht vergessen, abends sind die Biester schon lästig

Tolle und erholsame Tage on der Villa Aurora

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Häuschens sind genial. Man wohnt mitten in der Natur, im Garten hat uns sogar ein Rehbock besucht, man kann direkt vom Haus loswandern, kann in kurzer Zeit die Moon-Bay zum Baden erreichen oder im herrlichen Piran bummeln oder gut essen gehen. Einfach toll!

Perfekt zum Entspannen

Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Während unserer kleinen Rundreise war das der perfekte Ort für Entspannung. Die Terasse und der wunderschöne Blick laden zum verweilen ein. Zum Strand kann man laufen, einfach ein wunderschöner Ort.

Great holiday in a wonderful place

Elea definitely exceeded our expectations: a perfect combination of feeling you at home in a tasteful equipped bungalow with a huge garden and in the same time carefree holidays in a beautiful country. It was hardly to believe: so quiet and peaceful only a few kilometers walking from Piran and some 600 meters from the sea, totally surrounded by nature. One morning even a roe passed in the garden. Either you prefer nature or culture.

We are a family of 4 ; parents and two boys and we live between Slovenia and Italy. We love our villa Aurora and like to spend our free time here. As we don't have as much of free time and holidays as we would like to have we decided to share Villa Aurora with our guests.

Why they chose this property

Because it is an excellent mixture of ' away from it all' and the 'social life': situated in the middle of the protected Natural Park and yet it is so near all the facilities such as great shopping, cinema, sports and leisure activities .
