Fantastic location

Quiet location situated high up near ventnor botanical gardens. Large garden with great sea view. Ten minute walk to join coastal path . Nice cove called Steephill short walk away that has two cafes. Stayed in garden flat which was spacious and had sea views from the lounge and bedroom.

Our stay was great, just what we wanted from our week away. First time to IOW and everything was accessible from the apartment, and the sea views in the morning and evening were just lovely. The whole place was super clean, and Bryce and the team were so friendly and helpful. The ONLY thing I’d recommend to improve would be a blackout blind in the twin room - the curtains were very thin so our kids (8 and 6) woke up exceptionally early every morning!

Peaceful weekend with great walks

The property was well-kept, clean, very comfortable and had a lovely sea view. We had some lovely walks along the coast path, and the stars in a dark night sky were beautiful. Very peaceful area.

Amazing sea views!

The views were amazing over the sea. Lovely nearby walks/beaches. Really can't fault the property at all. It had everything we needed and a lovely communal garden. Absolutely perfect. Upstairs apartments have a balcony - I used this every morning as it's south-facing. The only niggle were knives could be better, it needs bigger bowls and spare blankets. There's no satellite TV (only some freeview)-this isn't a niggle, just useful to know. Really amazing find!!! Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Relaxing break in tranquil setting with glorious sea view

We had a really enjoyable week staying in a first floor apartment with a balcony and lovely sea view. The location was so peaceful especially at night and the gardens spacious with plenty of seating for guests. The accommodation is simple, modern and clean and well laid out with plenty of off street parking for all visitors. The owners Bryce and Suzanne live on site and were very welcoming and accommodating. They even lent us their own DVD player when the one in the flat would not work! It is a short walk to the coastal path and lovely secluded coves from the appartments with wonderful scenery on your doorstep and beyond. Ideally positioned with easy access to Ventnor and especially its wonderful botanic gardens.

Comfortable, attractive apartment equipped with all we needed for our 6 day stay. Games, books and DVDs available to borrow from the main house. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful, genuinely wanting us to have all we needed to enjoy our holiday. We would definitely recommend it to others and hope to return in the future.

Pleasant, quiet situation with all necessary facilities at a reasonable price. Nice that dogs are allowed to stay. Potential visitors should be awate that the coast road to the west of property is closed, which means all journeys towards Freshwater are diverted inland.
