Overlooking the Regents Canal, this beautiful one-bedroom apartment is right in the heart of London.
The building is very safe and secure. The keyless door is excellent, and the hallway lights automatically come on as you enter the apartment.
The kitchen is classic and modern, with up-to-date appliances and beautiful wooden countertops. The L-shaped sofa means there is plenty of room to kick back and relax in front of the TV! The doors from this area lead out onto the balcony, which is standing room only.
The bedroom has a UK King-sized bed, complete with fresh luxury linen.
You can access a private communal garden at the building entranc,e along with the balcony.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before your visit.
NOTE: Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the property, in the private garden, or on the terrace. The grass is artificial turf and can be burnt and damaged by dropped cigarettes. Smoking is permitted in the communal garden and between the building complexes."
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, balcony area, and communal garden. All wardrobes and drawers in the bedroom are empty for guest use.

This really is such a beautiful and special part of London, peaceful but close enough to the hustle and bustle. The canal is so tranquil and perfect to watch the swans, ducks and geese - such a treat in the middle of a city. All this just a stone’s throw away from one of the most exciting areas including Granary Square and the recently opened Coal Drops Yard, packed full of great restaurants, buzzy bars, and shops.
London King's Cross is an inner city area of London, England. King's Cross railway station, one of the major gateways into London from the North with six London underground lines connecting you all over London. St Pancras International has the Eurostar connecting you to the continent of Europe. Kings Cross attractions: The British Library, London Canal Museum, Regents Park, Harry Potter Shop at Platform 93/4 Kings Cross Station, Hidden Depths Canal Cruises, House of Illustration, Camley Street Natural Park, Omescape London, to name a few. Bars and Restaurants: Rotunda Bar and Restaurant, The Lighterman, German Gymnasium, Granger & Co, Vinotecca, Caravan, St Pancras Champagne Bar, The Driver, The Fellow, to name a few.
Being just a 10 minute walk away from King’s Cross, such a well-connected station, is a huge bonus - it makes it so easy to get around London. Mainline train services to the north: St Pancras to Leicester, Sheffield, and Derby, the north-east: Kings Cross to Edinburgh, York, Leeds, and Cambridge, north-west: Euston to Liverpool, Birmingham and Manchester.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).

Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
