Distribution
The property is built on three levels. Since the villa is built on a hill, the construction allows for lower floors.
On the upper floor you can find an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, the kitchen, the living room with two sofas, the dining room with a table for 6 people and access to the garden and the pool.
On the intermediate level there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a dressing room. In addition, we also have a large terrace. On the lower level is the garage with capacity for two cars.

Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.
