Located at a short distance (3 km) from the Adriatic beaches of Porto Sant’Elpidio, Civitanova Marche and Porto San Giorgio, La Cascina di Mario is a beautiful renovated villa for a family or a small group of friends and itself has been recently restored to a high standard, maintaining many traditional features and blessed with modern comforts in a thoroughly traditional and rustic setting. Access is via electric gates to ample parking- All furnishing are comfortable and all rooms have a generous space and light. The swimming pool (10m x 5m) with a nice view, the patio and the barbecue are perfect for outdoor summer fun, relaxing and dining with sun all day long. The nearest shops are about 1 kilometers away (Corva), and Porto Sant’Elpidio offers a lot of restaurants and bars. Extra costs are payable at location: Final cleaning 100 euro - Visitor's tax 0,50 euro per day per person .

Wir waren jeden Tag im Pool schwimmen,schön und sauber wie im Inserat beschrieben.Alvaro ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.Er schlug uns viele Ausflugsziele vor und unternahm sogar eine Fahrradtour mit uns. Seine Frau hat uns zum Empfang einen leckeren Kuchen gebacken.Zum Abschied schenkten Sie uns noch Vino aus der Region Marken. Danke nochmals.Für uns zu Zweit vermissten wir nichts im Haus,Kaffeemaschine hatten wir allerdings von zu Hause mitgebracht,aber das ist halt Geschmackssache.Alles in Allen ein schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal da hin.

Bon séjour malgré 2 jours de mauvais temps.Hôtes accueillants et qui nous ont reçu avec un gâteau fait maison, qui ont pris le temps de nous expliquer les environs et les visites à faire. C'est appréciable d'être seulement à moins de 10 minutes en voiture de la mer Adriatique !Extérieur conforme à la description de l'annonce avec une superbe piscine et le plus, des sanitaires (wc et douche) sous la terrasse de la piscine. L'eau de la piscine chauffée, ou un abri dôme, en cas de mauvais temps serai un plus.Intérieur conforme à la description. Nombreux couchages à disposition, grâce à 2 lits supplémentaires en mezzanine (non noté sur l'annonce). Cuisine un peu petite avec manque de rangement pour les courses. Peu de poêles et de verres.Absence de plats allant au four, de toaster, de micro ondes et de cafetière filtre.Lave linge un peu daté...pourrais être changé.

Unser Aufenthalt war unbeschreiblich schön. Wir wurden sehr herzlich, fast schon familiär empfangen und da dazu novh mit einem selbstgemachten Kuchen empfangen. Uns wurde die Gegend gleich erklärt, wo was ist und auch Tipps gegeben bezüglich einkaufen und essen gehen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, der Garten ist sehr schön groß, sehr gepflegt und auch sehr schön angelegt. Die Bilder auf fewo sind genau so, wie man es vor Ort antrifft. Der Keller ist sehr schön umgebaut und man kann sich dort sehr gut aufhalten. Wir haben nichts von Feuchtigkeit gesehen oder gerochen. Daher können wir das nicht bestätigen mit der Feuchtigkeit.Der Vermieter steht jederzeit zur Verfügung wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt. Wir hatten eine Autopanne. Auch hier war der Vermieter sofort bei uns und hat uns in der Werkstatt geholfen mit der Kommunikation und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder buchen und Urlaub machen.

Sehr schönes alleinstehendes Haus

Für 3-4 Personen ideal, wenn man im Erdgeschoss schläft. Das Appartment im Keller ist zwar schön und platztechnisch großzügig, aber etwas feucht. Zudem sind die Fenster nur in einem Lichtschacht, so das man wenig Tageslicht hat. Fernseher und Toaster fehlen, obwohl in der ursprünglichen Beschreibung drinnen. WLAN vorhanden, aber die Reichweite ist nicht besonders weit und im Keller geht gar nichts. Aber das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich sehr sehr schön. Pool top, die überdachte Gartenlouge mit BBQ-Holzkohle-Grill sehr gemütlich. Im Garten gibt es unzählige Olivenbäume und Lavendel, einen Granatapfelstrauch und einen Baum mit sehr leckeren Feigen. Tischtennis gibt es auch. Fussläufig (10 min.) ist ein schöner moderner COAL-Supermarkt in dem man alles bekommt. Gute Restaurants sind nicht in direkter Nähe, aber unten in der Ortschaft. Kann man zu Fuß machen, ist aber ein bisschen weit und vom Weg her nicht besonders attraktiv. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Oben in Elpidio Mare (liegt tatsächlich nicht am Meer, obwohl der Name es vermuten lässt) gibt es eine super Abhol-Pizzeria. Allgemein sind die Einheimischen sehr freundlich und lustig. Auch der Vermieter. Immer ansprechbar, sehr zuvorkommend. Insofern kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen, man muss nur die Kellerproblematik beachten. Für uns war der Keller jetzt kein Problem, kann aber gut verstehen wenn jemand nicht damit klarkommt.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Pool, Umschwung war super was jedoch sehr negativ war dass ein Doppelzimmer mit Badezimmer im Keller war und auch nur durch einen separaten Zugang erreibar war. Im Inserat stand zwar ein Doppelzimmer sei im unteren Erdgeschoss. Es müsste jedoch kkar definiert sein dass es im Keller ohne direktes Licht und sehr feucht war.
