This lovely, spacious stone house is situated in the rolling hills of Le Marche midway between the Adriatic beaches and the Sibillini Mountains National Park. Set on a hillside in deepest central Italy surrounded by a lawned garden, this private tastefully renovated house is a haven of peace. Not overlooked itself, but overlooking wonderful views of patchwork fields, woods and hills, this villa is a classically solid stone construction exquisitely furnished. The above-ground swimming pool, the large garden shaded by agave and oak trees and the annex for “dining al fresco” will delight guests at any time of the day. Ideal for a family or a small party of friends Villa Agave offers a chance to escape and relax in a really secluded environment but, Fermo, the sandy beaches of Porto San Giorgio and San Benedetto del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno and the Sibillini National Park are all no more than 35 kilometres away for some ispiring day trips. Pool available from 2nd of May till 26th of September.Extra costs are payable at location: Refundable damage deposit 500,00 euro - air conditioning 0,30 euro kwh - Final cleaning 150,00 euro - Heating cost 0,30 euro kwh

La proprietà è risultata ancora più bella di quanto ci immaginassimo dalle foto: - 4 camere matrimoniali comodo e separate tra loro ciascuna con bagno privato e spazio per culla del bimbo - cucina spaziosa ed ampi spazi comuni interni ed esterni - forno a legna e barbecue costruito in pietra straordinari, comodi da usare e caratteristici - vista mozzafiato della valle, ancora di più in alto in zona piscina - zona piscina fantastica per adulti e piccini, isolata dal resto della casa, con piccolo cucinino e piscina recintata a protezione per bimbi Se capiterà occasione torneremo molto volentieri!!!
